Nodrog’s Greatest Hits ( http://www.nodrogsgreatesthits.blogspot.com ) is now up to 314 entries! We’re well into 2006, close to our inglorious ending date of October 2007, when Charles decided that the Nodrog’s takedowns of him and other posters on LGF were no longer to be tolerated.

Come over, view the carnage, and enjoy!

Hi all-I've found "Stan"-and have the links. I will write it up as an entry. I also have a little bit more research on "fauxtography".

Zombie - I fiddled with the text links a lot, could not get different behaviour no matter what I tried doing, think it's embedded in the WP code loop. Don't want to mess with that.

Also if you want to change the color of the link words then it needs to be edited in the style sheet, so ... I can do that but only if z chooses to go with a diff color for the links.

KT: %20 only works if you have the requisite ; behind it.

When making things big or little try variations of the h1 - h6 tags instead of doing the 'big" thing. xhtml strict forbids big, doesn't format right in some browsers, etc. The only time you need font is for font color, but really for consistent look and feel it should match the blog theme.

I know I'm not entering these terms directly into the sandbox, but a couple of thoughts on the aforementioned definitions:

Jihad - the literal translation is struggle. However, it is most commonly invoked by Islamists to bring violence to whatever region they inhabit or to launch attacks against non-believers around the world. Hence, users will sarcastically refer to jihad as the peaceful inner struggle.

wudu - ritual washing before prayer. Has come to include demands for footbaths in several public universities around the world so as to complete religious obligations.

Mecca, Medina, and the Stoning of the Devil might also be useful terms to add. Ditto for Sunni and Shi'ite.

Ok, I've figured out a valuable lesson. If an entry contains a space ('allahu ackbar" , Dar ul Harb) you have to use %20 instead of the space bar, otherwise the wordpress code editor will send your link somewhere else.
